  1. Do I have to pay a fee for becoming an instructor?

    We do not charge a fee for becoming an instructor. 


  1. What are the technical requirements for becoming an instructor?

    You will need a stable internet connection across a desktop computer, laptop, or a smartphone to access Marketplace.


  1. What kind of verification is required for becoming an instructor?

    A valid Government ID, such as passport, driving license, etc. is required for becoming an instructor.


  1. Can I create a course on any certification? / Can I teach anything? / What can I teach here?

    You can choose to create a practice exam/flashcards on certification of your choice. Phase 1 calls for certification practice exams and flashcards. Phase 2 will be video-based content.


  1. Do I need a license or approval to sign up?

    No license or approval is needed to become an instructor. Click here to start creating your course.


  1. How will I receive my payment?

    Instructors can connect a PayPal account with their Marketplace account for receiving their payments. We are constantly evolving and are tying up with other vendors to make payouts an easier process. Since we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase, instructors should expect to see payments hitting their accounts after 30 days from the purchase date. Also, the payments are made on the first of every month.


  1. Can I teach my course in any other language?

    All the courses are offered in the English language as of now.


  1. Will my course be promoted?

    Yes, we will help market your course and use all our channels to promote your course.


  1. What is the delivery method of my course on Marketplace?

    The course is delivered online within the RNP portal.


  1. Do I retain the exclusive rights to my course after selling it on Marketplace?

    Yes. When a course is published on our platform, the instructor retains all the rights to their content and we simply promote the course to make it available to our users.


  1. Do I need to add more courses in a definite period of time after my first course?

    No, there is no such requirement. You can create a course at any point of time.


  1. I am having trouble logging in. / I am facing a technical problem. / I am unable to set up my account. Who should I contact?

    Visit us on our Contact Us page to report an issue by stating the reason for contact.


  1. How can I add/edit my personal details?

    Navigate to Help & Support or click here to add/edit your personal details.


  1. How can I change my password?

  1. Navigate to Settings on your Instructor Dashboard.

  2. Under Account Settings, type in your current password, new password, and confirm new password.

  3. Your password is successfully changed.


  1. Can I select which notifications to receive?

    We are constantly evolving. Currently, the notifications are limited to student queries only. 


  1. When will I be paid?

    Since we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase, instructors should expect to see payments hitting their accounts after 30 days of starting their month.


  1. Can I delete my account?

    You can disable your account. In order to do so, send us an email at admin@reviewnprep.com. There is a waiting period of 90 days as we will have to notify the students enrolled in your course.

 

  1. I want to change my registered email. How to do that?

  1. I can’t find the certification / certification authority for my practice exam / flashcard. What should I do?

  1. How does “Search Keywords” help?

    You can think of Search Keywords as SEO for our website. It enables a faster search. You should use search keywords with a mindset that students would search your course using these keywords. It also helps us in bringing order to things in our backend system.


  1. I didn’t save the exam / flashcard details after filling them. Is there a way to retrieve it?

    We take multiple backups during the course of the day. Based on when you added the exam/flashcard, we might be able to retrieve it. Send us an email at admin@reviewnprep.com.


  1. How can I view the enrolled students for my exam / flashcards?

    Navigate to "Orders" on your Instructor Dashboard to view all your order details.


  1. Can I add multiple exams for one certification?

    Yes, you can add as many exams as possible for a single certification. We allow flexible options for separate exams in terms of payment. They can be offered free of cost, at the mentioned price, or at a discounted price.


  1. Can I preview my course?

    Yes, you can preview your course as soon as you create an exam/flashcard. Visit Help & Support for more details.


  1. Can I edit the practice exam or flashcards after creating them?

    Yes, you can edit the practice exam or flashcards after creating them. Visit Help & Support for more details.


  1. Can I delete an exam / flashcard?

    Yes, you can delete an exam or a flashcard. Visit Help & Support for more details.


  1. What is the format of practice exams?

    The practice exams follow a multiple-choice format, with single / multiple correct answers.


  1. Can I create multiple coupons for an exam at one point of time?

    Yes, you can create multiple coupons, but we recommend creating only one coupon per exam so as to use the same to market your course. 


  1. How to remove a discount?

    During coupon creation, you can specify the end date i.e. the date till which a coupon is valid. In order to remove the discount, you can simply alter the end date for the respective coupon. Visit this link for more details.


  1. How can I track my orders?

    You can track your orders by navigating to "Orders" on your Instructor Dashboard.


  1. Can learners leave their feedback for me personally? / Does Marketplace allow direct messaging?

    No. For complete transparency, we do not allow direct messaging. We might change our policy in the future. 

 

  1. I can't view the sample file for "Bulk Import". What should I do?

  1. Is there a way for me to interact with other Instructors?

    You can use social media platforms, like LinkedIn to connect with other instructors. 


  1. Can I view other Instructors’ content?

    Yes, you can do so by clicking on the instructor’s name mentioned in their courses.


  1. Is there a deadline for answering a student query?

    No. It is at the instructor’s discretion to answer a student query.


  1. How soon can I expect a revert on my ticket?

    Your questions and concerns are important to us. While we strive to respond as soon as possible, you can expect a revert within 48 hours of opening a ticket. Please note that this counts only for business days. There might be a delay in terms of when we respond, based on when you open a ticket. 


  1. What is a featured image? How to add one?

    A featured image is used to describe your course accurately. It should be under 500 KB. For more clarity, check out this video or visit Help & Support.
